YEKA GES-2025 Yarışmaları Kapsamında “G25-BOLU GES” Proje Sözleşmemizi İmzaladık
Şirketimiz, Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanlığı tarafından 25.11.2025 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen YEKA GES-2025 yarışmaları kapsamında “G25 Bolu GES” projesinin yapım ve kullanım haklarını kazanmıştır. Bolu ili Gerede ilçesinde hayata geçirilecek olan proje, 50 MWe elektriksel kurulu güce ve 70 MWp mekanik güç kapasitesine sahip olacak şekilde planlanmıştır. Projenin finansal yükümlülükleri kapsamında, yarışma şartnamesinde belirlenen 44.000 EUR/MWe katkı payı doğrultusunda KDV dâhil toplam 2.640.000 EUR tutarındaki ödeme Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanlığı adına EPİAŞ’a tarafımızca gerçekleştirilmiş; ayrıca 10 yıl süreli ve 3.750.000 EUR tutarındaki kesin teminat mektubu 05.01.2026 tarihinde Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanlığı’na teslim edilmiştir. Projeye ilişkin sözleşme, Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakan Yardımcısı Sayın Dr. Zafer Demircan ve Enerji işleri Genel Müdürü Sayın Ahmet Özkaya beraberliğinde 06.01.2026 tarihinde resmen imzalanmış olup, sözleşmeyi müteakip yer teslimi süreçlerinin başlatılması planlanmaktadır. Bu kapsamda ÇED, imar ve diğer ruhsatlandırma süreçleri öngörülen takvim doğrultusunda devam etmektedir.
Tesisimizin tam kapasiteyle devreye alınmasıyla birlikte yıllık yaklaşık 118.610.397 kWh elektrik enerjisi üretimi gerçekleştirilmesi hedeflenmektedir. YEKA GES-2025 şartnamesi uyarınca, üretilecek elektrik enerjisi ilk 60 ay boyunca serbest piyasada satılacak olup, 60 EUR/MWh seviyesinde öngörülen ortalama satış fiyatı üzerinden yıllık yaklaşık 7,1 milyon EUR brüt gelir elde edilmesi beklenmektedir. Serbest piyasa döneminin tamamlanmasının ardından başlayacak olan 20 yıllık alım garantisi süresince ise, 32,5 EUR/MWh alım fiyatı üzerinden yıllık yaklaşık 3,9 milyon EUR brüt gelir sağlanması öngörülmektedir.
